Initial consultation to discuss your vision and logistics
Unlimited communication via email & text for guidance and support
Creation of a detailed wedding day itinerary & vendor directory
Introductions and distribution of itinerary to all vendors
Coordination and facilitation of your ceremony rehearsal

THE WEDDING DAY

Primary point of contact for all vendors
Greeting, directing, and assisting vendors upon arrival
Overseeing setup to ensure everything aligns with your vision
Managing the wedding day timeline and keeping everything on track
Setup of personal decor, including welcome signs, guest books, party favors, prearranged centerpieces, and candles
Gathering couple, bridal party, family memebers etc, for processional
Cueing the wedding party, DJ, and/or musicians for the ceremony
Ensuring smooth transitions between ceremony and reception events
Coordinating with the DJ to ensure the order of events runs smoothly and on time
Performing walkthroughs of the ceremony and reception areas to confirm all details are executed properly
Distributing final vendor payments and gratuities as needed
Checking in with vendors before departure to ensure a seamless close to the evening
